We hope that your experience with PinLords is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.
  1. Where is my order?  This is a question we frequently get asked to we put together a shipping guide here and you can track your order here.
  2. What is my tracking number? Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.
  3.  Amendments and Cancellations. If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

5. Cancellations
    - You must contact us withing 24 hours.
    - We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
